The southern side of the Alps will remain under a weak influence of high pressure within a westerly upper-level flow.
The last patches of low stratus clouds will clear up and it will become sunny. In the afternoon, the high clouds will become denser.
Across South Tyrol’s mountains, sunshine will be frequent, with periods of high cloud moving in from the west. At the start of the day, areas of low stratus will affect the valleys.

Initially, it will be overcast. Around midday, the clouds will break up in the west and the sun will come out. In the eastern parts of the region, the clouds will remain more persistent.
On Friday, there will initially be widespread high fog, followed by a mixture of sun and clouds. Saturday will be mostly cloudy with a few sunny spells. On Sunday, it will continue to be partly cloudy with occasional sunny spells. Monday is expected to bring persistent low stratus clouds and some sunshine.
